This router appears to work with Hosted Voice services when the SIP ALG setting is disabled. However, it does not work properly with VoIP when the SIP ALG setting is enabled (which is enabled by default). Before using this router, you should ensure you have the most recent firmware. To disable the SIP ALG, first, log in to your router and select ‘Rules’ from the left-hand menu. Next, check the box that says ‘Disable SIP ALG’.
