Prerequisites

  • Access to phone WebGUI
 

 

Please follow the steps below if your Htek phone requires manual input from our provisioning URL. 

Instructions

  1. You can log into the Htek phone's WebGUI by entering its IP address (192.168.x.x) into a web browser.
  2. You will be prompted for a username and password. Default username: adminpassword: admin. 
  3. Once logged in, navigate to Management -> Auto Provision and change the "Upgrade Mode" from HTTP to HTTPS. Then, locate the "Config Server Path" entry box and enter the provisioning URL.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click “SaveSet.”
  5. Click the "Autoprovision now" button halfway down the screen or reboot the phone to begin its provisioning setup with us. 
  6. If that didn't work, then set PnP Active to no, hit “saveset.”
  7. Turn the override server to no, hit “saveset.”
  8. Try provisioning again.
