Disable SIP ALG

Comments

We suggest trying to disable SIP ALG by going to the router’s web interface, selecting Advanced -> Firewall -> Application Level Gateway, and disabling (unchecking) the SIP checkbox.

 

**All routers and firewalls need to have the correct ports forwarded and Whitelisting configured for Hosted Voice Services; please click here for more information.
