These routers have not yet been tested for compatibility with Hosted Voice services. Discussions with engineers at Firebox indicate that the router is not likely compatible with SIP-based devices such as IP telephones due to NAT concerns. We recommend testing the router before deploying it in a production environment. If the router has SIP ALG or SIP Translations, we would recommend trying to disable them.
