Partner Tool Dashboard Overview

Prerequisites

You must have access to the partner portal and the Partner Tools Portal. Please contact the partner team to request access. When logged in to the partner portal, you can immediately see if you have access, as you will see the Partner Tools Menu Icon. This article is available externally through this link: https://iplog.in/dashboard.

 

Evolving Functionality

The Partner Tool is constantly evolving as we add new functionality. The following items are in development. As we add functionality, we will communicate these launches via email.
 

  • Landing Pages
  • Email Drip Campaigns
  • Social Media Drip Campaigns
  • Additional Datasheets customized with your branding
 

Dashboard Overview

The areas bordered in green represent the navigation and frame of the Partner Portal.  The areas bordered in Red represent the loaded application, in this case, the Partner Tool Dashboard.

Green Border

  1.  Partner Portal Header - This is the header for the Partner Portal, and it remains static as applications are loaded into the portal's body.
  2.  Partner Portal Navigation - The Partner Portal navigation is shown above as collapsed icons to enable a clear view of the loaded application.

Red Border - Top Section of the Partner Tools Dashboard

  1.  Profile - Quick access to your user profile.
  2.  Organization Profile - Quick access to your organization profile and percentage of completion.
  3.  Channel Manager - Quick access to your Partner Success Manager.
  4.  Web banner -  Helpful rotating Partner Tools messages.
  5.  Quick Actions - Quick access to common tasks in Partner Tools.

Quick Actions

When you log in to the Partner Tools application, you are greeted by the Quick Actions panel at the top right of the page.  This panel provides links to regular tasks, including:

  • Registering an Opportunity
  • Managing Opportunities
  • Send an Email
  • View Assets that you can leverage in prospecting
  • Activating your social media accounts

  1.  Onboarding Report - This is a graphic representing the percentage of completed activities.
  2.  Activities - Set up and do marketing-based activities to ensure you make the most of the Partner Tools application.

Partner Tools Dashboard - Opportunities

The opportunities section enables you to review your live and closed opportunities below. Select the opportunities via the dropdown to update them as you move them through your sales process and pipeline.

Partner Tools Dashboard - Assets

This section provides a view of the available and most used assets. You can search by category and keyword or select your favourites, recently used, new or recommended assets. The assets can be sorted by asset type using the dropdown at the top right of the section.

If functionality is under development, such as Drip Campaigns, as of this writing, or if you are trying to perform a function outside your role, you will see the following message. Select the dashboard from the top menu to exit the page.
